@Riftzy is this the error message you see
If so you just need to wait one full hour and try again incognito mode private mode with new web browser or try from the app instead . You maybe have to use forgot password option but you can reuse same password again and it will work . If not
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
