need to cancel my account and cannot activate my account

Hello,
I need to cancel my account who was never activated with many log in issue after credit card paiment. NOW, I cannot cancel my subscription and trying since more than 5 hours to find a way... I cannot talk to somebody and didn,T find a way to submit an email to support Public Mobile team.
