I have 4 lines in the house, 3 on Fido, 1 on Rogers. I accidentally provided the account number Fido instead of Rogers for my number transfer. How can I update this to complete the transfer?

I did confirm the text from Fido before I realized it was the Rogers account.

@AVallinga did you respond to the text from Fido to confirm the Port? If not, the request will be automatically cancelled after about a week. But you can confirm by eith Public Mobile by link below.

@AVallinga Contact PM CS_Agent right away to cancel and reinitiate the porting request. Hopefully the current request fails due to wrong account number.
