I have no phone no emailMy account is active but won’t open l changed credit cards but that did not work .You previously told me to contact the credit card company.They checked the connection .It was activated The problem is with public mobile.Please fix this I have been without service for 12 days

Meanwhile, to reactivate your service. Purchase vouchers and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.
Vouchers can be purchased from:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples
A CS_Agent can help you access your account.

Please note that Public Mobile is a self serve service. You should download the app on your phone and have it available to use to make all sorts of changes. If you no longer remember your email, please click on "Forgot Email". If you're still stuck, you can contact a CS Agent with the links below.
To get your service up today, go to a place like Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up a voucher. Once you have this, dial 611 from your phone and add it to your account. Your phone will be up and running right away until you can get this credit card thing fixed.
