Account transfer problem

I just got a plan and the plan transfer went smoothly but I made the public mobile plan a “business” plan and my personal one is the old deactivated plan. How do I get rid of the old plan and make the new plan my personal one?

well, you fouled up, didn't you. Click on the orange bubble, lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support. They should be able to help. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

Public Mobile doesn't have different business and personal plans. Are you saying that a phone number was requested to be transffered to Public Mobile from another carrier?
