Can't login to access account settings

When I try to login, it seems to be getting stuck on the login screen with a spinning circle icon. After some 15 different attempts to log in, a couple of times it did go through, prompt me for a code texted to my phone, and then it showed the main page as though I wasn't logged in, except showing the Ontario version for some reason (I'm in BC). 

I need to close my account before it bills again because I've already moved on to another provider, but I can't get in.

if you successfully ported your PM number to new provider, your old PM account has been deactivated.

I did all this and still the same result.

Hey @Cactus7868 

Go into your browser settings and clear the cache. After that, restart your browser and then go into incognito mode. Try then.,
