Hi, I signed up for the CAN-US-MEX 5G 75GB FOR $35/MO Roaming Plan with 1000 international minutes back in early Jan and it set to be activated on Jan 29. However, right now in my account, this plan doesn't say it includes the 1000 intl call minutes.. Does anyone know why is that?

One more note about this - I noticed as the call 🤙🏻 quality is quite nice because I do use international calling a lot to call UK and India and it's quite nice, even if you're inside your home or maybe you're outside and the person doesn't have any issue hearing you on the other side!

Customer support agents cannot change the features that a plan includes. They can only assign plans that are already in the system.

@ilovematcha which 7 countries does it cover you remember?
The current 75GB plan with 1,000 LD minutes (now $45) covers China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, and the UK. If the country you want to call is not covered by your plan there are add ons for other countries. You can always try a call to the country you want, since PM is prepaid if it's not covered it just won't work, there are no extra charges (of course the other possibility for not working is that you aren't dialling the number correctly).

Check your usage options. I have the same plan. It does not show under 'subscriptions', so check the 'usage', it does show up!
