I switched to the Canada US Mexico plan on boxing day arrived in San Diego two days ago every thing worked great then some outgoing calls stopped working then all calls stopped,,texting and internet still work fine

@Roscoe13 If texting and data are working but not voice calls it suggests a VoLTE problem. Is your phone on this list?

Try connecting to each of AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and if you are set to 5G change it to 4G/LTE. If your phone is not on the VoLTE list your other option is to set the phone to 2G and try to connect to T-Mobile as that is the only remaining option in the USA for non-VoLTE phones. If your phone is on the VoLTE list see if it has a VoLTE toggle and toggle it on, but many or maybe most phones don't have the toggle because PM automatically enables it on "certified" phones.

@Roscoe13 If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile/AT&T, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select and test both T-Mobile and AT&T and see which one you can connect to.
