Am unable to send or receive SMS. Not receiving any OTPs or any texts.
Am new to PM, been 4 days. It says SMS sent but it actually isnt. Sent a sample SMS to my friend to test it and am able to confirm it isnt working.
I use an S24 ultra and I tried resetting mobile networking settings but still not resolved.
What should be done ?

@haridas are you getting incoming calls? Are you using physical SIM? You can test in your friend phone.
Did you port in from another carrier. If so, us that line still open? Could be that the port was not successful.
You can check with public mobile directly if all these have been tested and still not working.
