Hi, I’m using PM with eSim on my iPhone. Now I need to transfer to other carrier. How can I get confirmation msg from PM when I already activated eSim with the new carrier? I dont have the physical sim with PM anymore. Please help. Thanks

@DanVo Do you mean your iPhone can not do dual esim? You need an active PM account with an active sim in order to receive the confirmation text for porting. You may have to get a physical sim to do that but you can open a ticket with customer support at the chat icon bottom right of this page and see what they say.

use this link to message Customer Support. They'll need your old ph number, name of account..etc.
