I have entered the details of the eSim on my cell phone, it did not activate. Then I purchased a eSim from Public Mobile and that one also did not activate. I cannot access the account because it keeps sending text messages to the telephone number that was transferred, which I no longer have access to. Please help me, I am so frustrated.
