Hi, I was using public mobil for years, not using it now. But I need my old phone bills. I have tried to log in my account and it keeps ask me to pick up the subscription and finish all the steps. There is no way for the former user to log in their account to review the old phone bill payments? Thanks

@Jennysun You will need to ask support for the old phone bills but note they won’t be able to go back 5 years just possibly 1 year back
