Problem with the network. Can't get connected. Bought e-sim twice but still can't get the network

First , got to the sim card manager and make sure your delete all the old PM eSIM and keep only the later one
make sure the latest one is set to active. Or if iPhone, set it as Primary and enable Turn on this line
then click Reset Network Settings on your phone

Which device are you trying to use the e-sim on?
and just putting this out there, I prefer physical sims. Never had a problem in my 8 phones.
