I am unable to receive calls

I just activated a new plan and cannot get my ported number set up.  When calling the number, it lands in my Bell VM box.  The phone shows that it's on Public Mobile's network.  The SIM card is correct.  I don't know what else to check/do.

Hello @GetHelpPublicM 

You have to have your Bell SIM card in your phone. You have 1.5 hours to say YES to a text to ask your permission to do so. If you've missed that window, I can send you a number to call to get it resolved.
