@3434639665 Public Mobile is self-serve so how you do it is log in to your account and toggle "subscribed" off so that it says "unsubscribed". Then after 90 of non payment your account will be closed. However, if you are moving to another carrier you need to keep your Public Mobile account active, arrange with them to port out your number, and your Public Mobile account will then automatically close. If you are unable to do any of this then contact customer service using this link and watch for a reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages.

You have 2 options to cancel your PM service.
1 - Port your number over to another carrier.
2 - Login to your account and disable Subscribe (AutoPay) button to stop monthly payments. Your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment. SIM card will stop working and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.
If you are having issues login to your account. You need to Submit a Ticket on the orange Chatbot.

@3434639665 - If you are not on auto-pay, your service will be stopped at the end of the current cycle. After that, when your acount is not active for 90 days, it will be closed, and your number returned to the pool. If you want to transfer your number to another provider, you need to do it while your account is active.
IF you are on auto pay, you need to disable auto pay (& should remove your CC number from your account). You might need help from a CS rep in order to remove your CC number though.
