Bought a refurb/used iphone
set up eSIM and PM subscription.
Found out iphone was blacklisted from used seller despite running imei checker on eSIM
found out physical sim is blacklisted :,,((
unable to confirm account and log in to change subscription due to eversafe requiring phone number confirmation.
help changing subscription plan. How con I access my account with no phone number to confirm identity. Able to access and get confirmation from email without issue.
please help changing subscription until I find out if I can unblacklist this $400 blocked phone.. so disappointed

@P00k What subscription do you want to change to? I'm not sure you can go to the lowest $15 as it's for new activations only and I'm not sure if you're considered an existing customer or not. Either way you can contact customer service via the chat icon bottom right of this page and submit a ticket. If that doesn't work for you then send support a private message using this link
