Unable to activae a new sim through the public mobile App

Hi.. I got a new public mobile sim card and tried to activate the sim through the public mobile App . I was able to create an account, but it is repeatedly showing the authentication screen again. Unable to proceed further and activate my sim card. Could you please help with this issue. Also tried from the website and it gives an error - 

WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.

This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)

Hi @Prvn . Please try to register with a new email ID, and proceed with the activation. Use the website if the mobile app is not working properly.

hi @Prvn are you login with a id that already tied to a Pm account? Pm is one account one email 

Even you are not, logoff. Then create another account using another email and activate, it should work,

make sure your credit card wasn’t charged , if not then try again incognito mode private mode
