Hello. My wife was unconscious and in hospital in Cancun from Feb 16-20. I made many emergency calls to Canada using my phone (no international plan) and my wife's phone (international plan) during this crisis. Would Public Mobile be able to provide me with a usage and cost report for our 2 phones from Feb 16-23? Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

Hope your wife is better. That's scary stuff when you're far away from home. Hopefully, you're no longer stressed about the phone calls. Sounds like you weren't charged. Good luck!

as your Public Mobile service is a pre-paid deal...there are no overages or fees associated for LD calls. You won't get a bill from PM for calls, data usage or messaging. If it worked while you were in Cancun, it worked...no PM billing coming your way other than costs for regular plan renewal.
added...if you both have iPhones, I 'spect you were able to place LD calls because your and wifes iPhones are "related"....and she has LD plan.

I hope that everything ends up being okay. When it comes to the cost of making the calls to Canada, they would have already been included in your plan. Otherwise, the calls just wouldn't have worked. Public Mobile doesn't have any way to go back and charge for any of the calls.
