2 weeks later and my My Rewards page is still blank. I haven’t been able to access since May. I think it’s time to move to another provider. 

My Rewards screen is blank too. Refreshing doesn’t help. This started last month when the switch to points happened 

Please let us know when the issue has been resolved. I’ve been a long term customer without complaint and have recommended Public Mobile to many but these last few months have been very annoying with frequent dropped calls.
