Call forwarding from my landline to my cell phone - PROBLEM

Trying to forward my calls from my landline (Oxio) to my cell phone.  It goes directly to my voicemail on my cell phone. How come my cell does not ring?  Oxio said to call PM as  Oxio checked everything and all is good on their end. Please help!

Resolved! Rewards Program

I used to get $1 for each year with Public Mobile, $2 for paying using my credit card, and $1 for referring a friend.  I just looked at my rewards and the only thing I see is $2 for referring a friend.  Do we not get the other money as points anymore...
