My wife has the Can-US_Mex plan and is in Puerto Vallarta Mexico now... No cellular ?? She is getting the following message " 310-260" Cellular Network is not Available.... ??? Help ?

Hi, my account is definitely active. Suddenly getting above message. Ironically this started when my 15 day US roaming add on expired. Not sure if a connection there or not. I have tried re-booting both the phone and the sim card with no success.......

Not sure, maybe something I don’t understand. Still in the US, roaming plan has expired. When I call my PM number from a US phone, should I not still get my voice mail, not client not available ??
