Just changed my plan to include 500 international minutes. Will I be able to call in Canada from US while in the US on vacation

Plans says , Unlimited Canada ,Us and Mexico minutes and messaging plus unlimited text and picture messagingDoes this mean I call call Canada from Us with out having to purchase add ons ( roaming )

Does this mean you can make and receive calls to and from Canada. No need to buy roaming add ons !!!!

When making hands free calling, I get a message that I'm out of minutes even for a local call I can receive a make hone call from vehicle
