For the last 3 days my cell service at my home has changed from full bars and fast 5G to 1 bar and all my calls drop. My cell service is essentially unusable for talking. When I go out and about connecting in different areas (different towers) my phone continues to work properly. I feel that there may be a problem with the local tower (150m) out my back window.
How do I figure out what the issue is? How do I get service again?
As reference I use an iPhone13 with an eSIM and I have rebooted my phone a few times. I don't believe the issue is my phone because it works normally when I go someone where in town. It's just my neighborhood area that has a problem.

The only solution I found was to go into my iPhone settings and change my cellular service to only use 3G and not LTE or 5G. I am getting good 3G services in my area so no more dropped calls. Hopefully Telus fixes the 5G.

This is happening to me as well in New Brunswick. I thought it was just me or my phone, but this is my exact issue for the exact same amount of time. It's been worse and worse, with today mostly being fully unusable because of it.

Try to find your area in outage reports. But if outage is too small might not be listed:
