When I try logging in i get a forbidden a1 error code. Tried changing my password, no change. Tried logging in on a friends app that does work for him but that doesn't let me in either. Tried submitting a ticket to an agent but I get the same A1 error. Any help out there for this?

if you got an A1 error code, only support agent can help to reset it for you
