My wife has the Can-US_Mex plan and is in Puerto Vallarta Mexico now... No cellular ?? She is getting the following message " 310-260" Cellular Network is not Available.... ??? Help ?

Data Roaming needs to be enabled on her cell phone. Has she done that?

try connect manually to AT&T and Telcel. Try both .
also, change the network mode to 4G or LTE for easier connection
