My wife has the Can-US_Mex plan and is in Puerto Vallarta Mexico now... No cellular ?? She is getting the following message " 310-260" Cellular Network is not Available.... ??? Help ?

Data Roaming needs to be enabled on her cell phone. Has she done that?
When it comes to the data roaming setting, this setting isn't related to the initial connection to the network.

try connect manually to AT&T and Telcel. Try both .
also, change the network mode to 4G or LTE for easier connection

Did she try to connect manually to recommended Mex providers?
