Purchased 2 text and talk for recent trip to the US.  We were unable to access data roaming while in the states and would like to get a refund for the 2 packages we paid for but we’re unable to access.  How can we get the refund?

@Fishdad   If you just got the text and talk add on, it doesn't include data roaming.  Is that the one you got?  If you got the talk, text and 3GB data add on it should have worked but you do need to enable data roaming in settings.  If you want to take this  up with customer service then open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
