My mom accidentally reported my phone payments as suspicious then my account was locked out and now we are both scrambling to figure out how to undo this. We have already cleared it with the band but were told the request went to 'the back office' at public mobile. There is no number to call, no email, no one to talk to and I wonder how to get in touch and correct this.

Oh boy, this is going to be a very big headache for you both unfortunately. Public Mobile does not like when someone does a chargeback. They will block you from using cc for the next 12 months and you have to use Vouchers yo pay and contact them each time to load to account.
There is no phone number to call, just messages. Try this link.

If it doesn't work because you are locked out, use the next link below to contact them. Hopefully they will understand and assist to your favor.

hi @aemiller
it will be tough. PM is a prepaid provider and has a very tough position to people who tried to reverse the payment.
you will need to work with PM support agent to get this resolved. Very likely they will ask you to make payment using vouchers for the next 12 months until your account is in good standing again
