I am visiting friends in Texas. I live in New Brunswick,  Canada. I purchased a 3G US roaming data add-on called talk and text. I am trying to call my mother. It won’t allow me. It tells me I need to have US roaming which I purchased. Help?

I am in Mexico, an area served by AT-T, I upgraded to a 60G plan for Mexico, but my phone is not connecting with data? I have tried turning Airport on and off and wi-fi on and off - no luck? What can I do to connect to my data??

Changing subscription on renewal date

Hello, am I able to switch subscriptions on my renewal date? It says payment was taken April 17 but I don't see it charged on my card yet. But if I change subscriptions now, would I get double charged?

phone has been stolen but can not log in

It seems like many people can not log in to account.  I have changed my password and eachtime I log in , it brings me back to the page that says resume activation or go to login page.  It isdefinately a loop.  I also tried incognito

subscription at renewal date did not changed

upgraded subscription

I have updated my subscription (to 10GB plan) on 3/14/2025. The Public Mobile website screen shows, "10GB New subscription starts on March 15, 2025". However it did not happen until today April 16, 2025. I need help to resolve this problem.
