ESIM activation failed

Somewhere along the esim installation process it seems like it failed and now I'm stuck unable to use data and make calls. I'm unable to receive the verification code since my number wont work. info in the settings app still shows the name of my previous carrier

yes but its showing an error when I try to activate. will put in a message

You will need to message PM at the link below for assistance. 

Be prepared to wait between 48-72 hours for a reply.

They do open daily from 9-10 pm est.

Did you receive email from Public mobile with a QR code for eSIM? 

If not, you will need to contact customer service agent. The problem is that the wait times are long this weekend. Expect at least 24 hour wait.  Hopefully sooner.
