I have the 50G plan that is supposed to be unlimited after the 50G. My plan just renewed feb 13 and it shows I only used 21g. However I have no data? No pictures will send by text, nothing will load.

@Meow to be honest it's been quite a few months since I last saw an unlimited data plan but you know Public Mobile, it seems every few weeks or so they are changing plan offerings. I think they either forgot to remove note #10 or they don't bother removing notes because of the fact that they are always changing plan offerings. It's possible that they could bring it back at some point

I just looked at ALL plans for new customers and even though small prints under the note #10 says:
I do not find ANY plan having that note #10????

@Yummy around 6 months ago Public Mobile did offer a Canada-wide only (non US) 50GB plan that was unlimited. After the first 50 GB was used up the data speed dropped quite a bit but it was unlimited

I do not recall 'unlimited' plan from PM.
All plans are after you use your data you have no more internet until next billing period.

@HAVENSMommy have you tried restarting your phone? and are you able to confirm calling and text is still working? If you have an Android phone go into your phone's cellular settings and make sure you do not have any data limits set, if so you'll want to remove them.

@HAVENSMommy Exactly which plan do you have? If it is an older 5G Canada only plan, they did advertise them as unlimited reduced speed data after your allotment. If you have a Can-US or Can-US-Mex plan then you do not have unlimited reduced speed data as that was never offered with these plans. None of the 4G plans offered have unlimited data either. Having said that texting should still work regardless.
Did you try refreshing the screen in the app that shows data use? If it is still showing you haven't used all your data and/or your texting still doesn't work, open a ticket with CS by the chat bubble. If that causes issues, send a direct message (response times may be longer) at the link below:
