Resolved! My card is still being charged months after I switched to Koodo.

I loved PM but moved to a place where i needed wifi calling so had to switch to Koodo.  I just noticed I'm still being charged for my PM account. I'm pretty sure my account is closed because I can't login to it anymore. How can i get this sorted out?

Resolved! Upgraded plan, but did not changed in my account

I received a text offer to upgrade to $40 15gb. So i logged in to my account and changed plan on Dec 30, 2022. But when i checked my account it is still on old plan after a month. Pls help!

Resolved! Cancelled my account still being charged

Text history not accurate

Hi, can anyone tell me why under my detailed usage the texts all show as outgoing to 474663?  It does not show any incoming, and no other numbers. Even with iMessage logged out.
