My data has not been working for the last 2 days now. I am nowhere close to using up my limit. I've restarted my phone and it's still not working

Just wondering if this feature allows myself (residing in Canada) to text someone (residing in the US) for free?

I just transferred my phone number and I can't make any calls. I need this fixed asap as I have already missed client appointments this morning

Tried everything that you recommended aside from reduction to 3g. I've only used 2.5G out of 15 so not sure why it's still not working
