Since signing up Mail on my iPhone does not synch with Mail on my Macbook.

Also I cannot seem to customize my voicemail. Gives error message "The operation couldn't be completed (com.apple.mobilephone error 1035)".
Any ideas? Thank you!

@irving , responses to your questions is as follows:
1. Synching your emails across devices is not something that Public Mobile is involved in. The service provides mobiles data which can support device synching. Otherwise, it is likely setting in each device that is controlling how the synching is taking place.
2. This help article covers how to set up voicemail. A greeting can be personalized. A network reset might help if there are connectivity issues.
