I keep getting a message that I am out of minutes but I have unlimited minutes

The customer wouldn't be able to simply ignore the message. The message about being out of minutes when placing a call makes it so that the phone call doesn't get completed.

this glitch happens sometime.
Try to power off the machine for 5 mins, then power up and test agian
Also, always include 1 before the 10 digits number and see if it helps
