I was so frustrated PM calculated my rewards wrong and I emailed to agent one week ago and he checked everything and said he would pass my case to reward specialist, and also told me be patient to wait someone will reach me, I waited one week and not...
I just realized today: without wifi and data, I could send the text message out, but I couldn’t receive the text message, is this normal for the PM? Or something wrong?
I don’t think there’s limited to login my account, but don’t why I couldn’t login? 
Is it for every friend you referred, you can get $25 for each one? Or you just have one chance get $25? 
Hi there, finally I ported my friend’s number to PM successful last night, but know her phone number only can leave voice messages, can’t call in and out? Any ideas?thanks
