US add-on not working

I purchased a US add-on and was charged but it’s not working on my phone. I had previously purchased the same add-on and it worked fine.

I am experiencing the same issue. It’s my 3rd time renewing the US add on and this time it isn’t working. My credit card has been charged but no service.
