Due to some issue, I cannot reset my password. I would need an CS_Agent to help reset for me.

if you are unable to receive the reset password email, maybe you cannot access that email, you can submit a ticket for CS agent to reset the password for you and help to change the email address if needed
Please submit ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

CSA will take up to a few hours to respond.
This website is finicky. You can try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or even try to reset password on a different device.
