I have recently lost my SIM card. Can I buy a new SIM card but still keep my old phone number?

@skatypham   yes, you can buy new sim card and then login to My Account and request Change Sim card there

Get the new sim card from local Telus or Koodo store or get it from Amazon:

Please note if you order the sim from PM online, it could take long to deliver, as many as 3 week

I would suggest you purchase another SIM from Canadian Cell Supplies online for $5 with fast shipping. If you are in the Mississauga/Oakville area, you can arrange for pickup.

Just login to your account then go to the Profile section and click on Change SIM Card Number so everything will be transferred to the new SIM.

Yes. Buy the sim and log in to your account and use the change sim function. Hopefully your registered email address doesn't require a 2fa text.
