40$ plan activated and 50% promotion not added

Plan activated today.I am a new customer referred by one of my friends with 50% off plan. I chose 40$ plan and paid 20$+ tax at the beginning. But that promotion was not added into my account and the account says it is suspended.

I see $40 instead of $20

Activated today, Jan 23 but I didn't receive 50% off. I see $40 and $5 off. How to adjust my payment?

transfer succeed but cannot reach my cell

Resolved! Phone number unable to transfer, eSIM Activation failed
