@Sethmacdonald good news is that you should be able to get your number back. If you click the link below an agent will message you directly, no chat bots but keep an eye on your inbox (top right corner you will see an envelope icon)

no worry about the new number messgae, i think just you have not login for too long and the system cannot find your My Account.   You can check with support to sort out the login problem.  Message them using the link above

with the service, you can get it back first.  Just get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart, then load the voucher by calling 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone

It was inactive for a couple days. My credit card expired last month and I was waiting for a replacement. And it’s just forcing me to pick a new number unless I talk to support. I just don’t have the patience to do this chat bot thing and having to constantly sign in over and over to get nowhere.

@Sethmacdonald did you mistakenly transfer in a number or did you let your account go inactive for 90 days or more?
