Hi there,
I want to port my PM number out because I lost my phone. I had to get a new phone from bell and i want to port my PM number to the new phone that i got from bell. The problem that i have is that PM will send a text to verify the number transfer and to release the number to the old phone that i dont have because its lost. Is there a solution to this? Please advise thank you

not sure if PM agent will accept verbal approval and you have to check with them. Please open ticket with PM support, maybe via direct message
