I just switched from Citiphone to Public. Data and calling works, but texting is not. I cannot receive or send texts.
Any help appreciated.

Hey, I just confirmed, I cannot receive phone calls, can only make them outbound. I rebooted and reset all networks (I assume you mean APN's? I clicked 'reset to default'). Still nothing. I cleared message app cache as well.

hi @mc_donkey since you just ported into PM, can you confirm you can receive inbound calls?
And text, are you using iPhone or Android? Please reboot once and reset all Networks and try again. Clear message app cache if you have an Android, or update Carrier Profile if you have an iPhone
