I’m really angry about this. I lost my sim, change the number, but still have account with PM. Now I need to close my account, only because this service can’t stop the payment from credit card! It’s no place or person who can help! So, what I need to do?

@Anastasiiahula It looks like you asked a similar question last week and were told how to contact customer service then. Since it seems from that thread that you went to another provider but did not port your number from PM, so your PM account would not automatically be closed. Please contact customer service as explained in this and the previous thread here. Nobody here can close the account for you if you are unable to log in and do it yourself.

hi @Anastasiiahula you lost your sim? but was it lost because PM sent to wrong address?
you cannot login My Account and turn off Autopay?
you can message support agent and ask them to remove the credit card on file so account cannot renew again. Please message

@Anastasiiahula If you ported your phone number to another provider your PM account should automatically be closed. To contact customer service open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If it doesn't work for you, send support a private message instead using this link
