Try changing my plan but PM won’t accept my existing CC info. Checked with lending institution and no issues with my card. Have been without service for 2 days.

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.

You can also try with PM app (with locator on).  If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or try a different credit card (if available).

Here is some more information:

  • Log out of your account and relog in before updating your card
  • If you attempted to update the same card multiple times please try again tomorrow or today with a different card as there is a daily limit on update attempts for security purposes.
  • Make sure that your credit card postal code matches your phone number's area code
  • As always, please be sure that you are inputting the correct card details

I ran into the same issue earlier this week, when attempting to update to my new payment method. As previous user reported, clearing my cache and opening the link through a browser instead of directly through the app, I was able to complete the change.

Your bank is OK... It is PM with issues.

Try using clean browser, clear cookies, use incognito mode. Try different browser. Use computer...

@Picot  You can always buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 / shell gas stations and load the funds *611 to resume services right away . Then you should be able to change plan afterwards without issue

Hey @Picot

Sometimes it can be a cache issue. Try waiting one full hour or a bit more, then go into your browser settings and clear your cache. Then restart your browser and go into incognito mode and try again. If you're still having issues, stop by Shoppers Drug Mart for a Voucher and dial 611 to load it. That will at least get you up and running again right away.
