Email not working

@  Since I changed plans I have not received or been able to send emails. I just noticed today. I can’t receive emails so emailing me a response is useless.

hi @Karen61 it's an app setup problem or outlook permissions. Please check with MS forum

Thanks I get a message that imap-mail.outlook.com isn’t responding 

hi @Karen61 email has nothing to do with PM service, as long as your data works 

are you access the email via app?  uninstall and reinstall the app

Thanks! Everything except email is working. I did shut down phone and restarted a couple times and didn’t work

does you data work at all?  Make sure your data is enabled on the phone, try reboot phone and Reset all networks

E-mail isn't a service that is being provided by Public Mobile (which only provides an internet connection).  Do other data services such as websites work?
