you can reset voicemail password from My account

Sounds good. If you're still having problems and can't figure it out, folks below gave you a way to contact a CS Agent for help but feel free to come back and ask us. We're smarter than the average bear! 🙂

thank you. I'm new to Public Mobile. I have my first message on voicemail. I totally messed up, don't remember my password and now cannot get into voicemail to hear message. I just searched password and found some instructions that I will try later on. Thanks again

There is no email address.  You can private message customer service agent directly.  However, according to Public mobile, it is quicker to submit a ticket for CSA help. 

Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

 https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

If that does not work, 

Send a private message to CSA through the following link :

no email, but you can submit ticket

 please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
