I have NO idea if I am replying in the right place. I find the support on Public Mobile extremely confusing!!! And not user friendly.
The alternate 236 number shows up on OTHER people's phones when I text them. I no longer see this 236 number in my account. I see no way for ME to resolve this issue. Please correct within the Public Mobile system!!!

But the Community can try to help too. Did you ever have the 235 phone number? You said they see the 236 number when you text them , what about when you call them? Do the see the same 235 number? And are you receiving calls on your correct own number?
If text is the only problem but not voice, check you iMessage or RCS settings and see if it shows the correct number. Also, check the sim card manager, check what number associates with your Public Mobile sim there
