hi @Tyrr
did you port your line from Bell/Virgin/Lucky? If so, that could be a problem on the Bell side as they still think your number is with them and hence not send call out of Bell networks. If you are from Bell, it is better to ask a friend from Bell to open a ticket with Bell
But if you are not from Bell , you can ask PM support agent to check.
