I never needed a PW to receive my telephone messages. I’m in Mexico now with the Canada US México plan. They are asking for a PW ( numbers ) to put in to get my messages. How do I set that up. Thanks
I think this is in reference to voicemail requiring a password. I think you have to set a password when you setup voicemail, it's been a long time since I did. The FAQ has instructions how to reset it. In Canada I think the system normally validates you when calling from your phone, but perhaps that doesn't work when roaming.
