Should I be getting a monthly invoice and how/where is it sent?

@RonRobertson  it will be every 30 days not monthly PM is 30 days /90 days plans . But in your account payment page you can download your payment history or if you need an official invoice you can ask support for that . Otherwise you account will renew every 30 days automatically using the credit card you used to activate with

if you worry  about payment, your account is set to automatic payment using credit card on the account 

if you just need the invoice, you can download it yourself from My Account.  Login My Account and click Payment history, and there is download invoice for each payment
